Valli's Sunflower

I paint many of these very small 5" x 3" paintings each year, with a 1" border, and framed in a simple 7" x 5" frame. I began making the small paintings when I was in a gallery in Denver as an affordable size for new collectors of original art.  Sometimes they were sold as cards with envelopes, but more often as small original art.  They fit in small spaces and also are purchased as affordable gifts.  Many are available for sale during Arts and Eats each year, a self-guided tour held the third weekend in October in Southwest Michigan.
